I have a 1970 40 horse johnson electric shift. I replaced the throttle cable and the new one is longer. Can any one tell me the proper way to adjust it? The motor turns over when it is in foward and I don't know if this is normal. <br /><br />thanks for any help<br /><br />dclarke
