Hi, I have a 1994 Mercury with a tiller. When out fishing I turned the throttle handle and heard a small "ping" sound and the throttle no longer worked. I have taken the tiller arm apart and see that a gear works on the cable on that end. I pulled out about 6 inches of cable and can see that it broke. Can anybody tell me where the other end of the cable is attached and the correct way to install a new cable? Thanks.
