Have 87 Searay Seville (3.0 Litre..Alpha 1)that engine and drive were removed to redo transom and was recently reinstalled.. When I cranked it the other day it would hover around 1000 rpm..it would not go below that when I pulled throttle back(it did before)to get to idle speed..Can the throttle cable be adjusted or lubed or could it be something in my control box?....Thanks,Pete44

Re: throttle cable

Well Pete,....... If it Worked Alright Before,.......

I'd have to Guess that the Installation went Bad, somewhere along the way,............

Ayuh,...... There Are Adjustments,......

No,... The cables aren't Lubeable,.........

And,.. Ayuh,.. It Could Possibly have something to do with the Controller,.... Though I Doubt it.........

Your post is about to fall off page 1,... So,.. I'll bring it back to the Top of the Page,.....

Good Luck.....
