throttle cablebox hook up 55hpchrysler

new to boats and boat motors so excuse me ahead of time..i just picked up a 1967 thunderhawk 1400 with a 55hp chrysler motor.the choke and throttle cables are hooked up to the motor but not to the throttle box.cant figure out how to hook it up.also i need to no the pitch on this motor so i can pick up a new prop.any help would be great except telling me im a idiot,i already no that.lol

if a late 60's early 70's motor:
10 3/8" diameter
12 1/2" pitch

prop worked out any iddea how to hook up throttle cable
