throttle gears 18hp evinrude

I have an 18hp evinrude fastwin. On the end of the tiller handle there are two gears that control the throttle position. does anyone know what the correct term for these gears are? and where could I get new ones?<br /><br />Please help!

Shaggy.... Those brass gears come with the shaft. However, the gears are simply attached to the shafts with a pin. I may have a few gear/shaft assys still in stock. If you want to remove and install the gear alone on your shafts, I suppose you could do that easily. Contact me via e-mail so that we don't tie up the website and I'll see what I can do.
