thru hub exhaust or no? prop help please

I've got my new bottom end on, and a couple of my old props don't fit the same, the spline is not long enough.

I came from an 85hp lower(was on it when i purchased it) back to the original 125 short shaft.

A couple of questions if you gentlemen don't mind...

1. The prop nut and lock washer is a different size. i like to have a spare... what Solas hardware kit will work?
2. the props I have are too long, the shaft is too short. they are thru hub exhaust, that I assume mines a single exhaust? It has the anode bolted on behind the prop

You are making us guess about the new/old/original lower unit.

Can you post a pic or two?

I was mistaken when I reference my old lower, it was a 1991 and up 120 hp- I think.... based on the water pump etc I had punched for it years ago based on pictures

This is my old lower, and the water pump style and the ring that holds the carrier in the housing for reference. It's in pieces now.
