Thru Hull Exhaust for 1988 IMP with 5.7 OMC

Has anyone ever put a thru hull exhaust system on a 5.7 l OMC ? If so, where can I get such a conversion?

Ya gotta have risers that point the right way, a set of Tips for the transom, 'n pipes to connect the 2...
