I have a 1995 Four Winns 200. My father and I replaced all the stringers bulk heads and transom. All has been fiber glassed back in and now the stringer that the motor is mounted to and the next stringer has an area that holds alot of water. I want to use a drain hole so it can drain to the center section so it can drain out. What kind of drain is recommended so that it doesnt compromise the stringer strength?

I think we would offer better ideas with a few pictures of what you are working with. I have no idea myself what you are asking about, but with a picture or three, we all can understand your question a lot better. JMHO

Sounds like you need to install a 'limber hole' so the area formed by the 2 stringers can drain. Once you drill the hole (about 1" diameter and right next to the hull surface) you will need to fiberglass around the edges of the hole(s) to make them water tight.
