Thunderbolt 800; Best Manual

I have a 1971Thunderbolt 800 and have read a number of posts saying that the manual they had for their motor was not covering what was needed. What would be the Best Manual or Manuals to get for my motor to cover the widest range of things with the best detail? Thanks.

For everyday general maintenance and upkeep, you can get away with Clymers and if desparate, Seloc. Both these manuals tend to lump together many different models under one cover. Lacking in very technical details and illustrations and you have to sort thru lots of irrelevant info to find specific information on your motor. For anything more technical or advanced, then a factory service manual is the only way to go.
