My name is Dylan and I've recently aquired a bass boat in need of some tlc! It's a Tide Craft and I'd like to know a little about it. On the transome there is a badge with a serial that reads - TDC00754M78K - It also has another below it that states that this is a factory B grade boat due to small cosmetic imperfections. I can not make out the tag on the console that has the capacities on it and was wondering if anyone knew this information? The boat came with a 90hp '78 mariner in great shape and although this seems rather large the previous owner assured me he'd had it on there for years and that it was within the limitations, is this true? I mean i sure hope so because the motor is the best part! Looking online my best guess the boat is also from around 1978 and the model is a "spitfire" but none of the shops around here can confirm that. Any insight or infornation about the boat is gratly appreciated, thanks for your help and I'm sure I'll have many more questions along the line!
