Tilt and Trim issue

I have a 2006 225 Johnson Ocean Pro. The "up" on the tnt unit is not working using either switch. Not even a "click" at the relay. The down is working fine. Ideas? Is it the relay? I tried swapping relays and that did not work....same result.

Here is the wiring for 1987 and up wiring

Take a good look at the plug on the relay. Make sure that the terminals haven't lost there tension or melted out of position in the plug. Other than that you're going to have to test the wiring.
