Tilt and trim swap

I just got a 1977 johnson 85 model 85ETLR77S...and it is supposed to have the tilt and trim ...but it does not ...this is a 2 part question ...A..can I swap the tilt and trim from a 1987 evinrude 120 hp model E120TXCUR....if so I believe I can figure out the logistics ....if not ..B...how do I look the motor into place so that it will not move ....have not decided which moat to put the motor on as of yet ...if it can't be swapped ill put it on a 24 foot pontoon ...if it can be swapped ill be putting it on a 1969 starcraft supersport fishing boat ....thanks for the help

I meant look it up and compare. I did it for you and no they will not interchange.

Ohh ok got ya now....so how do I go about locking it in place like a non tilt trim motor with the pin...it does not have the holes in the part that tilts..but does in the Mount that bolts to the boat

Look to see if there is a trailer lock on it.

I don't see a tilt lock ...it just moves freely

There is however a trailer lilt lever lock type deal.....once motor,is tilted back ...you flip a long arm down and lower the motor onto it ...but I dont think that's going to help
