Tilt Bumper Replacement

Frankly not sure if that's even what the part is called :D

1975 MFG 19' Caprice Bowrider with OMC 165 inline 6CYL I/O, electric stringer.

See attached pic. That tilt bumper is hanging on by a thread. Any idea where I can obtain a replacement, and/or a part number?

A couple months ago I removed the two SS bolts on either side of it, but it didn't come off readily. Perhaps some more muscle, but otherwise I am also looking for someone with tips on the actual removal/replacement.

No one has any ideas? Someone must have had to replace these at some point.

Or is this something so obvious that, even though I tried, I should be able to find on my own.

For some future unlucky person, I finally was able to discover a part number: OMC 379259
