tilt gauge for 2003 yamaha 115

I am wondering where to go on the engine to check my tilt gauge as it doesnt work.Checked all my fuses, and I power to the gauge.The gauge is stuck on up.Any suggestions.Oh yeah my speedo isnt working either,would that be in the same place? Thanks in advance.

most likly the sender arm is stuck.<br /> the speedo is most likly a cloogrd pickup.
