Found my T&T unit leaking out at the sandbar. Would not go up or down. I saw fluid coming out of a hole on the fwd side of the valve assembly housing under the pump, and by the manual release valve.. Looks like there was a bolt installed on the port at one time. Bolt is now missing and the port is corroded away significantly. What does this bolt do? is it just a plug bolt? If so I can get a machinist friend to tap it out for a larger SS plug and seal it back up. Will this work? 1998 E150EXECD.
