Please advise. I've searched the forum but I have a unique problem with my tilt trim. Here goes... My tilt trim motor filled with oil, removed the trim motor and just replaced old seal with new seal. Dried up the motor winding, installed new brushes. Bench tested the motor and it was running strong. I installed the trim motor and filled the pump with transmission fluid. Worked during initial up down cycle, then the motor filled with oil again. Would too much oil cause it to fill the trim motor or something is buggered with the tilt trim unit. Any idea what is happening. Boating season is very short here in Ontario. Please make any suggestion, I'm willing to experiment. Thank you.
