tilt problem

Hey All, Brand new here and just had my recently purchased used Procraft 1950 out for a spin!
I tilted the 200 Merc Black Max too high and she won't come down! I called the seller and he said it happened to him once and he had someone put downward pressure on the engine and he clicked the tilt switch up and down and it came down! I tried this repeatedly to no avail! Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did your trailering lock get deployed?

It's a lever that keeps the engine from lowering while trailering.
