Tilt Trim 50 Hp 1984 Chrysler

My 1984 Chrysler 50hp runs beautifully. I'm looking to add power tilt trim. I've been told that I have to replace the pivot bracket to add this feature. My steering cable currently goes through the pivot bracket with a "tie-rod" type on the other side.. Can any one help me in locating a complete unit? I see CMC offers an aftermarket but I'm concerned about the 6inch setback being a problem for the steering cable.Prefer O.E. If there is one.

They're selling them BUT they have trim and tilt and just trim units be careful what you get.
​Your tilt and locking mechanism has to come off.
Make sure the thrust bracket(F449354 e-bay) is included or buy one as the trim plunger will chew up the aluminum.
