ok folks, hope this is an easy one. 1999 Regal, Volvo V6, standard power tilt --- so went to test everything else out after I fixed the ignition issue and the tilt is loud and slow going up, but fine going down. The fluid was nasty looking to so I sucked it out and put in fresh fluid. I did not run it low on fluid, so, no air got in the line --- I ran it a bunch to try and flush out any bad fluid, I sucked some chunky junk out of the reservoir --- so....
can just the 'down' function go bad? I dont think so, am I correct in assuming the motor itself operates up and down, and a valves switches direction. If I had to guess, I would assume the 'down' line perhaps is clogged?
ok, so, whats the best way to go out trouble-shooting or fixing this? It worked fine when I put it up last fall.
thanks GUYS!!!!!!!!
