Tilt/trim motor went out. Repair place says $500 for new one. That seems like a lot? Could I use/mount any other motors? What kind of motor do I need and what price range should I be looking at?<br />Thanks for your help!
I'm going through the same thing now; shop can rebuild it for $225 (90 day warranty), or new one is $433; have you taken the old one apart to see what is bad on it ?
