It is easier than it looks, take the 3 bolts out of the starboard (right) side of the trim pump housing. The steering cable that goes through the starboard motor mount must be taken lose. Then remove the bolts that hold the mount to the transom. The mount should now slide to the right enough for you to get to the back bolt on the trim motor. Don't try and force the pressure relief (the plastic one with the flat screw head)<br />out, it has a flange that prevents it from coming through the mount, it stays when you slide the mount. I did mine last week and it took about an hour total, it looks like the motor would move, but i was assured it would not and it didn't.
