tilt trim motor

Can anyone advise if I can remove the tilt trim motor from a 1989 Omc 5.8 i/o without removing the whole assembly? (Ie the reservoir too.)

you may get a better response if you post this on the omc engine forum on iboats. We can tell you how to wire it but removing it is more mechanical.
