My tilt and trim is not working. The motor runs, but the motor doesn't move. Someone suggested it might need "fluid". The boat is a 12'1992 Wahoo with a 1992 or 1993 45HP Yamaha. Would this use power steering fluid or transmission fluid?
i had some thing close on my merc outboard and seal around the pump blew out ckeck for leaks probly sucking air, ? my system does not hold down force you can hand lift the motor, any hints
