Tilt/Trim problem on '86 150 XR2 Black Max

Best way to relieve hydrics to riase motor is down/trailering position . Had ot tap the trim motor last fall to bring motor down. Now I can't get motor up to remove trim motor for rebuild. How do I get motor up? So I can fix this problem? Any suggestions on trim motor repair and removal/install also aprecciated.<br />Serial# on motor is OB121723.<br /><br />thank you
