91' OMC Cobra 3.0. Found my tilt motor to be bad(corroded with water). Replaced with new motor. Still will not engage with tilt/trim button on throttle. Bypassed by applying 12v directly to motor and it moves up/down just fine. Checked in-line breaker and it's fine. How would I test relay that's located on motor housing and/or tilt toggle switch. Could there be another fuse I missed besides the 50a breaker?
