Tilt / trim reversed, how to fix?

Hello, recently picked up a 2004 Glastron sx175 with a Volvo penta and the tilt/trim is reversed (up is down and down is up). I don't know much about these units but the wiring looks right (I was hoping to see a wire swapped). Could the hydraulic hoses be swapped and I just need to swap them back? Other ideas?

Changing the hoses over at the pump would work but it is a bit messy and needs the little "O" rings replaced. The trim switch may have been installed up side down an easy fix or just simply reverse the wires in the most accessible place. Do you have the override switch for the trim limit on the dash or is that just on the duoprops? If you do and it works correctly then the handle mounted switch is up side down. There are several VP remote controls hence the confusion depends which Glastron chose to fit.

Thanks so much for the input! The switch is on the throttle and I also thought it may just be upside down but it has writing on the top and that is facing up so it is mounted properly. I hope to go back down to the boat Thursday to add a float switch to my bilge pump and while I'm down I'll see if I can access the wires from the switch to swap them but in my initial checks it didn't seem real easy to get to them. Below are a couple pictures I took of the trim pump and the backside of the throttle to try to see if there were wires I could swap there. It is definitely easier to access the wires at the trim pump... do you know if the blue and green wires back at the trim pump are the same as the two up at the throttle and control the up and down? If so, I could just clip and reverse them at the pump (which would probably give a later owner pause when seeing this, but it would work).

as Jerry said, switch the leads on the switch on the handle, or switch the control wires on the trim motor itself.. Getting at the trim motor can be challanging, not that it's hard to do,, (turn a wrech) just little space to work in... "wire color= "green grass.. (down),, Blue sky (up) :) that's easy to remember... dont mess with the handle controls, reverse the connections at the trim motor...fix it right the first time ;)
