Tilt Trim Unit Compatibility In Different Year Model 90 HP Yamahas

I've got a 1990 85 HP model CVETLD. The tilt trim unit's been an issue since I've had the motor. I found one that goes on an '85 90HP (90ETLK). They are certainly different, but because I found it online, I can't measure it to tell if it would work or not on my motor. I realize it's a longshot, but I might get lucky.
Anyone know if it will work for me?
