i have a late 70's early 80's 650 merc. i am having a leak between the manifold and the resevoir which upon inspection i saw 2 of the bolts are stripped. can i remove the valve assembly from the plate they are mounted to and drill out the holes to retap for a larger bolt. also the o rings all seem to be in good order but should i replace them since i already have the pump apart.<br />thank you very much for the replys
