Tilt trim valve

Hi, new to posting been lurking for awhile. I've got a problem and I cant seem to find the answer anywhere on the ol interwebs or even here. I did find one post back in 2012 from a member that had the same valve or they look the same by the pics he provided.

Anyway, i bought a 94 sylvan deckboat 20 foot. It was in rough shape. Rebuild, new upholstery the whole 9. Nice little boat when we were done with it, the only thing still giving me fits was the tilt trim, didnt seem to want to work well at all. Checked the electrics first, all good. Check the fluid. Empty. Added fluid, motor and valve/pump work fine as did the lift cylinders. Took it out over the 4th, ran fine worked fine. Docked it, came back a few hours later and while going through my checks I noticed oil in the water. Dug around and found it coming from the right front hydraulic line on the valve. Attempted to tighten it and it literally fell out. Weird, put it back in. Wouldn't tighten. After we got off the lake that night I took a peak and noticed the threads were gone. Not stripped a little, gone. Smooth.

Fired up the gargeler and nothing. Cant find a part number on the valve body, cant find the valve. Dont know what else to do at this point and I'm hoping you guys and ladies can give me a hand. I dont want to pull the thing apart until I know I have a replacement. The post from 2012 mention something about it being an eaton valve but again, no joy with finding a part number.

I'm a pretty decent mechanic and 20 year electrician but when it comes to boats I'll be the first one hand raised saying I honestly dont know anything. (Learned quite a bit from you guys tho from reading so thanks).

Oh, motor is 94 force 120, runs well minus a few minor hiccups here and there. The valve body has four ports on the bottom and is square shaped. There is no visible release valve and all four lines connect from the bottom. I'm going to try to attach pics to the post. If it doesnt work I'll figure something out.

Any other information you need I'll be happy to get for you asap. Thanks.

From the looks of things?
The motor might not be a 94???
The pump was jury rigged to fit the older style outboard brackets.

Post a couple pics of the other side transom clamp.
The complete drive, and the cowl.
Pics of the underside of the T@T as it in the up position.

The pump looks like the 94 Mercury pump.
With better pics and the year I might be able to find the pump.

The pics helped.
You have a FRANKEN Force!!

Looks like a 94 powerhead to a 88 T@T and 90's something lower unit??

Cant find the pump.
You might get the body re threaded and adapt a new connector?

When I have more time, I'll see if I can locate the pump?

I greatly appreciate your help. I know nothing about it to be honest. Were the second owner. The original owner bought it new and appears they took decent care of it. It needed alot of work but let's be honest the boat is 30 years old so ya know.

If you find that pump lemme know. I attempted to retread to a larger size and got a little skittish. Dont want to disassemble the thing until I know I can get gaskets to rebuild it so for the time being I rechecked the hell out if it and went full send.

Jb welded a fitting in place, yes I know it isn't the right way to do it but, its what I could come up with at the moment. Something about drilling and tapping a blind hole tilted 30 degrees out of vertical and not screwing that up free hand when I dont even know if I can get the parts or the whole uni . Nah. The jb weld is cured now but I'm gonna give it another 24 hours to be safe. Then I'll reattach, refill and check for leak . It doesnt have to last forever, just be a stop gap till I can get the actual part or replace the entire thing.

Thanks again.
