tilt / trim - wiring ? blue / green / black

I have this tilt trim for johnson, 3 wrire.

How do we wire this up ?
Believe you require 2 starter solenoids instead of regular 12 volt relays because this one draws too much current not like the 2 wire setup?

wires from the tilt/trim: black (ground), blue(believe this is UP), green (down)

anybody have a wiring diagram to hook this up with 2 starter solenoids ?

(solenoid have the S, I, power from battery, to device)

Black = Common

Blue = Up

Green = Down

What year and HP is the engine? Give a model number, if you have it.

with power tilt unit
