I have a outboard that is not equiped with a tilt \ trim and I have been looking for a aftermarket tilt\trim.
CMC has one that seems to look good but I dont know anyone that has one.
Some of my buddys does have the CMC power lift jackplate that is good.

This is for a 15'6" fiberglass bassboat with a 75hp mercury w/ 19p cupped prop.
Also would a jackplate be too much with the cmc tilt\trim.

any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreaciated

Re: Tilt \ Trim

The CMC units are very good. Made by Cook MFG. I have a friend that installed one about 6 months ago and has been very happy with it. Not sure about installing it with a Jack Plate, though. Would give you more setback. Depends on your set-up. CMC will give 6", not sure about setback on plate(Probably 4"-5"). Depends on which one you get! So you would be looking at about a 1' setback with TNT and Jackplate. You may want to start a new post regarding that subject! Just put "TNT & Jackplate Use" as a topic. I'm sure you will get what you're after! Hope this helps a little!

CMC Jackplate
