Tilt tube replacement

I have a 1993 28 horsepower Johnson that I am restoring. Got the motor running great but I'm having issues with the tilt tube. Someone had cut off the steering cable at both ends of the till tube with the cable still stuck inside. I've tried to beat it out with no success so I might as well replace the tilt tube. I cannot find any information on the correct size or part number that this motor takes. If anyone has some good information they will not mind sharing with me I would greatly appreciate it.

Very common item.-----Used on 2011 model 65 HP down to 20 HP models in 1980.----Most shops would have a good used one laying around.
