timing and rpm

what is the timing in degrees for a 3.0l volvo penta GS from 1994 to2000 .what should the rpm be at with a 14 inch by 17 pitch four fin propeller

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... Not sure on the timin', but Wot should be 4600/ 4800 rpms,.....
If the motor won't pull those rpms, ya got the wrong prop,....
