timing belt merc 650

My merc keeps comming out of time and I am pretty sure the belt is slipping. Is there a way to tighten it and where can I buy a new belt. I have tried looking around online with no luck. It is a merc 650 from 1968.

Ayuh,.... It's a cogged belt, 'n can't slip....

I believe Mercury sells replacements..
