Timing engine after electronic ignition conversion

I was wondering whatthe proper timing would be for a 1990 3.0 after swapping the points out for the Pertronix Ignitor 2 and FlameThrower 2. I believe the proper timing for points was 8* BTDC, would this stay the same with electric ignition or not? Some help from those of you that have done this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Timing will remain the same. The electronic ignition just makes a better and more reliable spark...
