Timing marks on Chevy 305

Im trying to locate the timing marks on a 1986 Sunrunner 22SB w/ a 305 chevy. I can see the machined mark on the damper wheel, but don't know where the 8 degree BTDC mark is. On the timing chain cover plate,there is a marker with several notches and a small drilled whole. Would that be the 0 degree mark?

Look at the tab on the timing cover. The notches are all the same size except for one the big one it is the O or TDC mark for the tab. Hope this helps Rick
