My boat was draggin like it had a very heavy load......I pulled the drain plug at the bottom V and gallons of water poured out.

I do have a bilge pump! But it sure must not be located at the bottom of this boat......

Here is my attack plan.......

1. replace all four drain plugs, one under motor mount, three on the V of the hull.
2. Replace or seal(?) 8 inch circular access plate at the top of the motor mount.
3. Repair four drilled holes about a foot above transducer....currently these holes have screws in them.

Questions;
Will RULE MARINE PENETRATING SEALANT be good to use to put a waterproof
seal on that plastic 8 inch circular access plate at the top of the motor mount?
I plan to remove those 4 screws and use
JB Weld Marine to patch the holes?..........good idea?

Here is a pic of the situation

I don't think your bilge pump is working, you shouldn't have that much water in the boat.

Next I would look over the hull really good, it sounds like you have a pretty good hole somewhere or a cracked weld.

I ahve a bunch of screws in my hull and it doesn't leak, as long as you put some sealer on them the should be fine.

How long were you in the water to get that much in the hull??
