Sorry about this, I know I've seen a lot about tiny tach questions on here, but I just can't figure this out. I have the 2C model from Cabelas and when I installed it on my 2-cylinder, 4-stroke outboard it reads 4250 rpms at idle. It SHOULD be around 950, according to the user manual I have for the outboard. How do the cylinders fire on each rotation, and do I have the right kind of tach!?!?
Thanks!
