anyone know what kind of money for parts and labor I'm going to have to spend? I have a '95 25 hp. that met up with a submerged stump yesterday. Thank you.

For a prop of that size, it's borderline whether or not it's worth it. Most people end-up getting a new one. But you can check with a local prop rebuilder to see what they say. Probably worth a look in the Yellow Pages. If the prop is otherwise undamaged, it may be worthwhile.

Tom,

Just got my prop re-fitted. 19 pitch for a 1980 115 in line. 15 dollars at a local Merc shop. Hope you get so lucky.
Pierre

I had the prop for my 1976 20 HP re-hubbed last winter, cost $35 plus the shipping ($6 each way).
