To those that changed their user names

To those of you that changed/shortened your user names, who were you?<br /><br />My mind is still stuck on the old names, and can't figure out who any of you are now that you are just using initials. <br /><br />Ok, I know who SBN is/was, but what about the rest of you?<br /><br />How about putting your old name in the signature area?

Know how you feel Roscoe... <br /><br />Hey Roscoe.. I know... We could jump on the "lets all shorten and change our screen name" bandwaggon... Really mess em' up, huh... <br /><br />Maybe just "Bait"? "SB?", nahhh, thats too much like "sp?" and definately way to similar to SBN.... Then I'd be gettin the blame for stuff I did'nt do..

Well, I got KKC too. <br />Seems a couple months ago some guys thought it was time to save bandwidth???? and a few more played around with the "little red truck driver".<br />Shortly after, the name change tool was locked.<br /><br />So now we're stuck with names like l2h and wr, and it just reminds me of my job.<br />Every program, team, initiative is just a pile of alphabet soup. ( QCMS, MQCLS, MTFI, QPM, DDS4, M2, DDI, QUEST, and RTFT, to name a few.)<br /><br />Maybe we should eliminate the names, and just go by out member number.

I took my last name off my screen name a couple of years ago because it annoyed me that so many people misspelled it.

Nobody was calling me kennykencan anymore, instead, they just called me KKC, so I changed it.<br /><br />Much easier on everyone, especially when your user name is so long.<br /><br />I just wonder how many actually knew my real user name after all this time.<br /><br />Well, if they didn't know, now they do.

KKC, it hasn't been thaaat long. Now your KK can stand for the twins, Keith and Kevin.<br /><br />Yeah, I know what you mean about the name being misspelled KD. <br /><br />If you all knew my last name, I'd be the "butt" of all the jokes. Wright SBN?<br /><br />So does anyone know who I was when I first joined up 2 years ago? I didn't think so.<br /><br />Oh, and it seems the name changing feature is working again. Check out the posts by 34606 in the last month, if you have some time to kill.

Why not keep this going? I got a list of Admirals.....why not a list of forum members that have gone to initials instead of a full "handle".<br /><br />I originally posted as "outboardjim". Got used to the OBJ moniker (sp) and just kept it.<br /><br />Who else other than SBN, KKC and me?
