Took the power head from it's base because there was a excesive accumulation of water in the pan, under the thermostat there's a tube like that goes vertically to the botton of the block, there you will find a cap insert, there was tiny hole on it's side that forced warm water directly into pan. As this part is not available as spare, the hole was slightly enlarged and cold solded with epoxic aluminum cement, a perfect inmediate solution.

Seems there was a excess of grease placed on shaft seal and splines when assemblying back power head, now with engine off, the prop spins in neutral when pulling rope, buy stays still if holding it. Know that props spins freely with engine on at neutral, but not off. Any thoughts ?

Change the LU lube. Make sure the shifter is going into F,N,R correctly. Probably just high gear lube viscosity allowing the prop to turn.

Paul, LU was removed for impeller maintenance and lube was changed before removing crankcase to solve water peeing issues into pan, FNR are well synchronized and maintains it's factory settings, works ok.

Update: There was a shortage of new oil while pumping with an oil pump, pump delivered air into LU and the leg was filled with slight less oil than needed, pumped missing oil through lower plug untill outing through upper plug, seems missing oil level removed trapped air, now prop does not spins at neutral while pulling rope with engine off. A stupid air issue.
