Hi,can someone tell me what the prop nut torque is or if it is set at zero,thanks in advance

Welcome to Iboats,

Turn nut by hand till stops, with wrench, plier turn nut CW till next groove shows a clean hole on prop shaft. Insert a split pin, bend around nut & shaft and voil?. Grease prop shaft splines with water grease before tightening nut. Next time need to remove prop will come out easily.
