Hello I have a tohatsu 15 hp . After about 10 minutes of running it bogged down. Then I have to pump the bulb again. It will run the bog down again. This continuous. Any idea what the problem could be. I got a new hose and it is still doing it. Thanks

Sounds like the tank is not venting. Try running with the cap off. Im assuming it is a portable tank and you have already ensured the vent screw on the cap, if it has one, is open.

The bulb would be collapsed if the tank isn’t venting so he would not be able to pump it up.

I would think filter or pump.
