Re: toilet

Are you looking for a pump out type toilet? Are you planning on adding a tank, seacock, and pumpout thruhull?

Boy, is this a crappy subject! Portapotties are so easy to deal with compared to pumping out, I'd consider keeping it. ;)

Re: toilet

I was going to use what ever works best. I was looking at the idea of an electric/ hand pump, one but I don't know what it all certails to putting one in. we go out to sea about 35 to 60 miles to fish and camp so dumping it up here isn't a problem and I allready have one whole in the hukk for a outlet so what do you think?

thanks Doug

Doug:

Take a look at Raritan http://www.raritaneng.com/. The site lists all types of marine heads and the owners manuals are available on line to have a look at a typical install. Also their customer service is excellent, Vic Williams, a rep with the company moderates a forum on marine sanitation on another site and provides excellent free advice.

Re: toilet

A basic composite toilet will cost you $400 and they really don't work all that great.
