I've got a yamaha 90 4 stroke that I winterized last fall, my question is on the air intake there was a little hole drilled (on each intake tube ?)that was just big enough to fit the fogging oil straw thru. it was plugged with what i believe was chaulking. I was able to peel it off with no problem and went ahead and fogged the motor. I didn't replug the holes, So the Question being .....Could these holes make the motor run rough and stall out by giving the motor too much air ? I just thought of this option sitting at my desk in work,( used my boat for the first time this season on saturday) I will try it when I get home, just wondering from someone with knowledge if this a possibility !!
