What tools do people like to use to cut CSM & 1708?

I tried using my regular scissors, but after a couple of small cuts I have to sharpen them.

I was thinking of trying either "Wiss W20 10-3/8-Inch Inlaid Heavy Duty Industrial Shears"

or

"Fiskars 199600-1001RazorEdge Fabric Shears/Seam Ripper for Tabletop Cutting , 9 Inch"

Thoughts?

I bought a pair of Fiskers and they lasted throughout the whole build.
I started tearing the CSM as opposed to cutting it because it results in a very nice edge that needs very little sanding when planning to put a final coating of gelcoat over it. Just fwiw...

So I have a pair of fishers "eversharp" (I think that's right) those I only use on dry clean glass and still perfect, I have a second set of fiskers that are a bit cheaper that I use for wet cuts. These I have to sharpen time to time. For csm only I also use a small olfa knife. (With the snap off tips ) I drag this across the too of csm and score the glass then I tear it. Don't take much pressure either. You want the ends frayed. It will help with wrapping corners and blended overlaps

I love using my Fiskars rotary cutters. Super sharp and clean cuts. I cut on a cutting mat, aluminum, concrete. Didn’t matter. Yes the blade will fill quick on the hard surfaces. It using a mat it will last a long time.

Razor knife!! Glassing does NOT require or desire a CLEAN CUT edge Fuzzy edges are actually the best. Just get it close and then tug and pull the edges to loosen the fibers, Makes everything blend together really well.
