We are having multiple problems with our boat this year. We have replaced the ignition switch and the starter. When we did get it started it ran for a short while and then lost power. It sounds as if it's running on 2 cylinders possibly one. What should we be looking at next or is it time to kiss this boat goodbye?

Make sure you are getting spark on all cylinders. A good timing light or spark
Checker will help. Be careful though cause thought little babies cannot pretty hard
As I have found out the hard way.
