Re: Tough spots on vinyl that vinyl "cleaners" don't clean

I haven't had luck beyond standard cleaning products like Simple Green and Tuff Stuff. I have several color bleed type stains on white vinyl that I haven't had much luck with. Suggestions from online that didn't work have been Soft Scrub with Bleach and a 4:1 mix of water and ammonia. I still need to try hydrogen peroxide and nail polish remover, which I've seen suggested as well. Be very careful with the harsh stuff, good vinyl with a stain is better than ruined vinyl that is clean.

303 vinyl cleaner and a scrub brush. Also magic eraser works well.

I've used straight bleach mixed with water to get out the worst and it works! Follow up with some 303 or other vinyl protect product as it is needed.

The sun actually takes out a lot of hard to remove stains. Be careful with the some of the above mentioned products. Just b/c they don't destroy your vinyl during application, they can dry out the vinyl and destroy the threads over time. Magic Erasures are abrasive, and will lightly scratch. I would stick with 303 cleaner, followed by 303 Protectant.

Sounds like the majority like the 303 line. Will give that a shot. Thanks.
