Tow Vehicle Hitch Mount Rock Protector

Good afternoon.

I am in the market for a rock protector. I have been pricing them out and the best I could find is from IBC for roughly $150 shipped. Tow Tector wants $300 for one of these things.

Has anyone had experience with these guards? Any recommendations?

Looks like something you could make with a piece of angle iron and some rubber belting,or a couple of old floor mats...

The piece that is used to guard from rocks is made out of that thick brush material.
