Trailer light problem

My tail lights will work, also brake lights will work, But if tail lights are on and I apply the brake, all trailer lights go out, Whats causing this, Everything was fine the last time I had boat out.

You have lost the ground connection.

I agree 100% with JB, sounds like a grounding issue, or lack thereof.

Run A separate ground from each light to the wire harness. Do not count on a ground hooked to the trailer. It may work for a while or a from time to time but it will never be suitable.

mine was doing same thing clean all ground connections worked for me
